At Encomas, we are proud to build a Solar Control Room for SMKJC Keat Hwa 1 (Keat Hwa 1 Secondary School).

By installing solar panel on the roof top of SMKJC Keat Hwa 1 and also the Solar Control Room, we can educate and expose the students on the importance of 3R, which is Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, an area where Encomas focus on to improve the environment impact of our projects.

On top of that, click here the roof tile is from the reused and recycled tiles from our other construction sites, and we also used aluminum frame due to its high recycle content. We built the louver on the top to allow cross air ventilation and the huge glass panel allows more natural light to penetrate the Solar Control Room without requiring extra energy usage.

Last but not least, the paint is from the green paint certified by Sirim because we insist on using green products to reduce our impact on our environment.
