The certificate was given by Datuk Seri Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin, Deputy Work Minister and witness by Tan Sri Dr Ir Ahmad Tajuddin Ali (CIDB Chairman), Datuk Dr Roslan Md Taha (Public Works Department deputy director-general (Infrastructure)) and Datuk Seri Zohari Akob (Works Ministry secretary-general )
