Officially Caffe Diem is the first GreenRE project in Kedah n the first green project in Alor Setar. Tqvm to our team for bringing green initiative to Kedah.

In celebration of Deepavali, our offices will be closed on October 29th, 2016 (Saturday) for one day.

The GreenRe Platinum Award is for our new HQ in construction, Encomas House and was received by our GM Mr. Chiew Hwa Seng, witnessed by MB (Chief Minister) of Kedah, Dato’ Seri Ahmad Bashah and Rehda Kedah / Perlis Chairman, Dato’ Rick Cheng.

GreenRE, the industry’s driven green rating standard had been establishing to promote the development of a more sustainable and liveable built environment.

Kindly be informed that all our offices will be closed on 16 September 2016 (Friday) in conjunction with Malaysia Day. Business shall resume on 18 September (Sunday) for Alor Setar Office and 17 September 2016 for Kangar Offices. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

Kindly be informed that our main office at Alor Setar and Knagar will be closed from 12 September (Monday) to 13 September 2016 (Tuesday) and resume on 14 September 2016 (Wednesday) . Our C-Mart Arau show office will be closed on 12 September 2016 (Monday). The businesses will resume on 13 September 2016 (Tuesday).

Kindly be informed that our Alor Setar’s office will be closed on 6th June 2016 (Monday) in conjunction with first day of Ramadan. Business shall resume on 7th June (Tuesday). While Kangar’s office and C-Mart Show Room will operate as usual business hours.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
