Encomas House

We are glad to host students from Kolej Vokasional Alor Setar to visit Encomas House this morning. The students want to learn more about green building and we are glad to present to them.
Encomas House is the first GreenRE Platinum Building in Alor Setar.

GreenRE Platinum

We are very proud to be awarded the GreenRE Platinum Certification for Non Residential Category for our new HQ, Encomas House.

A lot of efforts was put into how to save energy, water, other natural resources and be friendly to our environment, making Encomas House the FIRST Green Platinum Certified Building in our Bandaraya Alor Setar.

Have to thank our team who make this happen. Azimin Architect, Perunding Kabatas, DME Solution, Perunding PLA, Chop Lee Huat who did all our glazing and many of our construction team n our project management team.
