Taman Kancil is our first residential project in Anak Bukit, Kedah. It was completed and sold out in year 2004. Then we have Taman Kancil 3, Taman Kancil 4, Taman Kancil 5, then our signature project Villa Seri Tunku, the first gated and guarded community living in Bandaraya Alor Setar followed by Villa Anak Bukit. All the six projects are located in Anak Bukit and all had achieved 100% sold out rate before completion. Then we will have two more residential projects yet to be launched at the end of this year.

Most of the projects are situated in Malay reservation land. That mean we could only sell our houses to our Malay customers. With so many successful launching in Anak Bukit, the royal town of Kedah, with so many of our Malay customers focus click here in Anak Bukit, we decided to build a surau in a piece of vacant land in Taman Berlian next to our Taman Kancil project in Anak Bukit. The surau is for the usage of all our Muslim customers as well as the local Muslim community. The project is completed and was handed over to the community in year 2010.

Encomas always gain the respect from the Anak Bukit community due to our various Project CSR carried out all the years. One of the reasons why our projects in Anak Bukit are selling like hot cake is because the community could see the sincerity and honesty of Encomas to contribute in the Anak Bukit community.
