MyCREST 3 STARS
We are very humbled to be awarded the MyCREST 3 STARS Certification for Non Residential Category for our new HQ, Encomas House.
MyCREST, or the Malaysian Carbon Reduction and Environmental Sustainability Tool, created by CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia) aims to guide, assist, quantify, and hence reduce the built environment’s impact in terms of reduced carbon emissions and environmental impact, while taking into account a more holistic life cycle view of the built environment.
A lot of efforts were put into saving energy, water and other natural resources and friendly to our environment, making Encomas House the FIRST MyCREST 3 STARS Certified Building in Kedah State.
We have to thank our team who make this happen, Azimin Architect, Perunding Kabatas, DME Solution, Perunding PLA, Chop Lee Huat, RIK Construction, our construction team and our project management team.
